‘Go for your life’ Walk Together Grants
The ‘Go for your life’ Walk Together Grants was a one-off funding program to establish and maintain sustainable walking groups in Victoria. Grants of up to $30,000 were provided to the following Primary Care Partnerships for projects targeting disadvantaged communities and other groups with low physical activity participation levels:
