Business community partnerships

The Department of Planning and Community Development sees a growing potential for businesses and community groups to investigate areas where they share common interests so they can develop innovative ways of working together to support their communities. The teams encourage volunteering and community participation, network support, they broker and facilitate partnerships and shared outcomes across government, business and community, provide access to and information about government programs and services, and help communities shape grant applications.
