Victorian Desalination Project


The Environmental Effects Statement (EES) for the Desalination Project has been released for public comment from 20 August until 30 September 2008. Find out more about the Desalination Project and how to make a written submission on the EES.

Sugarloaf Interconnector Pipeline corridor approved


The Minister for Planning has approved a pipeline corridor for the construction of the Sugarloaf Pipeline. The conditions of approval, pipeline corridor maps and Advisory Committee Report can be downloaded from the Sugarloaf Interconnector Pipeline page.

Scholarship for Community Sector Employees


The Victorian Government is offering a small number of fully paid places in the Executive Master of Public Administration with the Australia and New Zealand School of Government for employees in the community sector. Applications for the Community Sector Scholarship scheme are now open until Friday 8 August.

A new resource has been created by DPCD to assist community groups and staff to carry out successful evaluations. Whether you are establishing a new project or measuring the impact of an existing program, the Evaluation Step-by-Step Guide helps you to develop an effective and informative plan for your evaluation.

2008 Sport and Recreation Awards - Nominations now open
