Get involved in a Network
Regional Youth Affairs Networks (RYANs) are autonomous groups that welcome discussion with people and community groups who have identified an issue affecting young people in the region. There are currently 16 networks throughout Victoria.
The participation of community members in the RYANs is voluntary. Membership of each RYAN is determined at the local level and reflects the region’s diverse community of young people and a cross section of local stakeholders. This ensures representation of a range of knowledge and expertise about young people.
For more information about your local RYAN and how to join, please contact your Local Team.
For general information about the RYANs please contact the Office for Youth.
Web Site Updates
DPCD's websites are progressively being updated to reflect the changes following the establishment of the
department. This means you will continue to see some references to the Department for Victorian Communities
(DVC) as changes are being made.
