Provides camping for disadvantaged individuals through free use of sites for organisations to run their own programs; provision of funds to an organisation to assist specified individuals to attend that organisation's own camp, or to send individuals to an established camping program run by another organisation; provision of funds for individuals to attend a camp of their own choice.
